If a wild Wisp is attacked by a player or mob, it will fight back.
All mobs within a 5 block radius of a Necro Wisp have Weakness I applied to them.
The Necro Wisp can be tamed with a Necro Shard. Tamed Wisps will follow their owner and protect them if they are fighting.
Players can command their Wisp to stay in place with Sneak + Interact.
